With profound sadness, family and friends are mourning the sudden passing of Brandon James Paskaluk of Bonnyville, Alberta, who died on Friday, May 29, 2026, at the age of 17. His tragic and unexpected death has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Brandon was a cherished son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend whose life, though far too brief, was marked by kindness, determination, and a deep devotion to his family. Those closest to him remember a young man of exceptional character who approached life with enthusiasm and purpose. His caring nature, strong values, and unwavering commitment to those he loved made him a source of pride and joy to his family.

Known for his compassionate heart and ambitious spirit, Brandon had a bright future ahead of him. Brandon is lovingly remembered by his mother, Carissa Paskaluk of Edmonton; his father, Clayton Paskaluk, and stepmother Amanda of Bonnyville; his brothers Dean Graves, Nathan Paskaluk, and Luke Paskaluk; and his sister Isabella Soloway. He also leaves behind his grandfather Michael Paskaluk, uncle Stephen Paskaluk, cousins Allison and Catlin Paskaluk, extended family members, and many friends who will forever treasure the memories they shared with him.

A Funeral Service celebrating Brandon’s life will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Genmec ACL Hall, with Pastor Ron Hewitt officiating. Family and friends will gather to honor his memory, share stories, and celebrate the life of a young man who was loved beyond measure. Cremation will follow the service.

Though his life ended far too soon, Brandon James Paskaluk’s memory will continue to live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and community.
